Home Inspector's Punchlist

As home buyers, sellers and flippers ourselves, we know that your buyers would find high value in a detailed, line-itemed repair estimate based off of their home inspection report, so that you and your buyers can utilize this information to formulate the best counter offer.  

  • Quick turnaround time: 24-hours or less, guaranteed (industry average is 3+ days)

  • Detailed, line-item report: crucial for strong negotiations

  • Save time and effort: Finding multiple well-rated vendors, contacting those vendors, scheduling vendors to come out, and waiting days for each vendor’s bid to come back takes a lot of time, if those that you reach out to follow through at all.

  • Experienced Professionals: The benefit of knowing your Inspection Report Estimate comes from a highly respected local company with more than 20 years of general contracting AND home inspection experience (Internachi Home Inspection Certification) 

  • We’re full service: our home repair and remodeling professionals can make all repairs and recommendations that we provide estimates for.

  • If your client purchases the home and chooses Denver’s Handyman Services to make the repairs listed in the estimate we provide, they will be reimbursed the Inspection Report Estimate ($79).


We know that other companies may offer a similar services at no cost, but we know that our service differentiates our Denver’s Handyman Services from those organization:

  • Their turnaround time is generally 3-5 days, which often misses the negotiations deadline in today’s hot real estate market

  • Their reporting is often not line-itemed, which does not present a strong case to the seller’s agent and the sellers.

  • Most contractors and vendors do not have professionals with both home inspection and contracting experience to fully understand and price estimates accurately.
